dc.description	The study aimed to shed light on the role that foreign direct investment can play in technology transfer, which depends to a large extent on the technological progress of the companies contracting with the host countries, and on the extent of these countries' desire to bring technology and settle it. In this context, Algeria seeks to adapt to the challenges posed by global transformations, by abandoning the old methods of running its economy, and searching for modern means, methods and techniques to develop the capabilities of its national institutions, rehabilitate its human resources, and thus advance the national economy. Accordingly, we studied the role of foreign direct investment in transferring technology to Algeria using a survey, where we distributed a questionnaire to the workers of the cement grinding company in Oran; the results of the study showed that the manufacturing contracts have an important role in transferring technology to Algeria, through both the training channel and the imitation channel, and through two factors: the import of capital goods, and the ability of local companies to use that technology.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تناولت الدراسة الدور الذي يمكن أن يلعبه الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في نقل التكنولوجيا، و الذي يتوقف إلى حد كبير على التقدم التكنولوجي للشركات المتعاقدة مع الدول المضيفة، وعلى مدى رغبة هذه الدولة في جلب التكنولوجيا و توطينها . في هذا السياق تسعى الجزائر كغيرها من الدول النامية التأقلم مع التحديات التي تفرضها التحولات العالمية، وذلك بالتخلي عن الاساليب القديمة لتسيير اقتصادها، والبحث عن الوسائل والأساليب والتقنيات الحديثة لتطوير قدرات مؤسساتها الوطنية وتأهيل مواردها البشرية وبالتالي النهوض بالاقتصاد الوطني.وعليه قمنا بدراسة دور الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في نقل التكنولوجيا إلى الجزائر، حيث قمنا بدراسة استقصائية لعمال محطة طحن الإسمنت بولاية وهران ، وكانت نتائج الدراسة أن للعقود التصنيع دورا مهما في نقل التكنولوجيا للجزائر ، وذلك من خلال كل من قناة التدريب و قناة التقليد، و من خلال عاملي: استيراد السلع الرأسمالية و عامل قدرة الشركات المحلية على استيعاب تلك التكن ولوجيا.	en_US
