dc.description	The study aims to highlight the role of modern technologies such as artificial intelligence and the Internet of things in libraries for the purpose of shifting towards smart libraries, given the increase and huge flow of information we live in, with the aim of providing services to beneficiaries with high quality and great professionalism and contribute to the promotion of library services as well as ways of providing them. The study dealt with the concept of university libraries and their types as well as their functions, and the extent of their use of information technology in the provision of services. It touched upon the Algerian university libraries and presented the most important features and challenges they face in light of this technology, as it is a double-edged weapon, and presented some experiences of global libraries and the actual benefits from the application of applications Internet of things and artificial intelligence. After conducting the field study, in which we dealt with many points, the most important of which are the services provided by the central library to the beneficiaries, which were able in the traditional and electronic ways, in addition to the ability to use modern technology in the future despite the difficulties the library faces.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تمثل التقنيات الحديثة و من بينها الذكاء الاصطناعي و انترنيت الاشياء من بين التحديات لمكتبات جامعية ذكية نظرا لما نعيشه من تدفق هائل للمعلومات و ما يتصل بتقديم الخدمات النوعية للمستفدين. عرفت الدراسة بالمكتبات الجامعية ، اهدافها ووظائفها و مدى استخدامها للتكنولوجيا الحديثة في تقديمها للخدمات المختلفة و التحديات التي تواجه المكتبات في ظل التطور السريع لطرق التسيير جراء التكنولوجيات الحديثة . و من خلال الدراسة توصلنا الى ان المكتبة المركزية تستخدم النمط الهجين في عملياتها كما تبين لنا قابلية المكتبة للمرور الى تكنلوجيا فائقة تتجلى في تطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي و انترنت الاشياء	en_US
