| dc.description | The promotion of non-oil exports in Algeria is a new option, which is represented in small and medium enterprises in order to diversify the national economy, and for that our study aimed to research to answer the main question posed about the relationship of small and medium enterprises and the development of exports outside the hydrocarbon sector and their role in promoting economic growth. That is, we used the descriptive analysis method through the standard study of the ARDL methodology to conclude that there is a positive direct correlation between the development of small and medium enterprises and the development of non-oil exports. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | تعتبر ترقية الصادرات الغير نفطية في الجزائر خيارا جديدا الذي يتمثل في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، وذلك لتنويع الاقتصاد الوطني، ومن أجل ذلك هدفت دراستنا الى البحث للاجابة عن التساؤل الرئيسي المطروح حول علاقة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وتنمية الصادرات خارج قطاع المحروقات ودورها في تعزيز النمو الاقتصادي، ومن أجل ذلك استعنا بمنهج التحليل الوصفي عن طريق الدراسة القياسية لمنهجية ARDL لنتوصل في الأخير ان حقيقة هناك قياسيا علاقة طردية ايجابية بين تطور المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وتنمية الصادرات الغير نفطية. | en_US |
