| Résumé: | يعتبر الرضا الوظيفي للأفراد من أهم المواضيع التي تهتم الإدارة بدراستها، لما له من أهمية بالغة الأثر في الفرد والمنظمات والمجتمع ، كما أصبح مفهوم ادارة الجودة الشاملة من الأساليب الحديثة والمهمة للمنظمات. وبذلك هدفت الدراسة التطبيقية الى تسليط الضوء على أثر الرضا الوظيفي على تطبيق مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة بمصلحة المراقبة المالية لولاية تيارت، وعليه ومن خلال دراستنا توصلنا الى نتائج تفيد ان متغيرات الدراسة المستقلة الخاصة بالرضا الوظيفي (سياسات العمل، علاقات العمل، الرضا عن العمل ذاته) لها أثر على المتغير التابع مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة (مبدأ القيادة، مبدأ التدريب، مبدأ فرق العمل). |
| Description: | Job satisfaction for individuals is one of the most important topics that management is interested in studying, because of its great importance and impact on the individual, organizations and society. The concept of total quality management has become one of the modern and important methods for organizations. Thus, the applied study aimed to shed light on the impact of job satisfaction on the application of the principles of total quality management in the interest of the financial control of the state of Tiaret - and accordingly, through our study, we reached results according to which the variables of the independent study of job satisfaction (labor policies, work relations, satisfaction with the work itself ) have an impact on the dependent variable, the principles of total quality management (the principle of leadership, the principle of training, the principle of work teams) |
