| Résumé: | تهدف الدراسة الى معرفة أثر استخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحسين جودة اتخاذ القرار في المؤسسة (مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر-تيارت) باعتبارها احدى المؤسسات المستخدمة لهذه التقنية، وبعد تحليل المعلومات توصلنا الى انه يوجد اثر لاستخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي (انظمته) في تحسين عملية اتخاذ القرار وهذا من خلال NGBSS الذي له دور كبير في تسهيل وتبادل المعلومات داخل مختلف مصالح المؤسسة وتوفير الوقت وتقليل الضغط. |
