dc.description	Creative thinking is a purposeful mental activity that results in new ideas, and it is the human tool to control nature and the human means of development and advancement, and in recent times the field of creative thinking to contribute to its development and reachits desired goals. Creativity in libraries that strive to light the way for the community and develop its idea of the various cultures, services they provide and the creative activities they organize. The application of the idea of creativity in the management of public libraries needs to generate new and useful solutions, ideas and processes for change and development within the library. The public library contributes to the application and organization of creative activities within it in order to develop the library's services and increase the demand for it by the segments of society and educate its members about the importance of creativity within the library.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	يعتبر الفكر الابداعي نشاط عقلي هادف ينتج عنه افكار جديدة و هو اداة الانسان للسيطرة على الطبيعة و السيلة الانسانية للتطور و الارتقاء و مجال التفكير الابداعي في التطوير لانجاح المؤسسة بما فيها المكتبات العمومية التي تسعى دوما الى المساهمة في تنوير المجتمع و ارساء تقاليد التثقيف و تنمية فكره بمختلف الانشطة و الخدمات التي تقوم بها .يجتاج التطوير في المكتبات العمومية الى ابداع افكار جديدة و توليد الحلول المختلفة و تغيير الممارسات داخل المكتبة	en_US
