| Résumé: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الأثر الذي تلعبه القيادة الإدارية بشكل عام في إدارة التغيير ومدى ، مساهمة الأساليب القيادية بشكل خاص في التغيير المؤسساتي في البنك الوطني الجزائري-وكالة تيارت 540 فتناولنا دراسة الموضوع من خلال ثلاثة فصول، في الفصل الأول نتطرق إلى القيادة الإدارية بمفهومها العام وما تشمله من نظريات وأساليب قيادية، وفي الفصل الثاني ندرس إدارة التغيير وأساسيات نجاحها، أما في الفصل الثالث اشتمل على الدراسة التطبيقية التي أجريت في البنك الوطني الجزائري BNA وكالة تيارت، حيث تم إعداد استبيان وتم توزيعه على أفراد عينة الدراسة التي تكونت من 57 فردا، وتمت معالجة البيانات والمعلومات باستخدام SPSS 23.0 وبناءا على نتائج الدراسة توصلنا إلى أن القيادة الإدارية تؤثر بصفة إيجابية غلى إدارة التغيير بممارستها للأساليب القيادية الناجحة في البنك. |
| Description: | The objective of this study is to know the impact of management leadership in general on change management and the extent to which leadership methods in particular contribute to institutional change at the Algerian National Bank-Tiert540. In chapter I, we touch on management leadership in its general sense and its theories and leadership methods. and in chapter II we study change management and the fundamentals of its success, while in chapter III it included the applied study conducted at the Algerian National Bank (BNA) - The Tiaret Agency, where a questionnaire was prepared and distributed to the 57-person sample of the study. Data and information were processed using the SPSS23.0 programme and based on the study's findings, we found that management leadership has a positive impact on change management by exercising successful leadership methods at the Bank |
