| Résumé: | واجهت مشاريع ريادة الأعمال بشكل عام و النساء بشكل خاص صعوبات و تحديات متنوعة تؤثر على نموها و نجاحها و استمرارها .تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل عوامل نجاح رائدات الأعمال في الجزائر, و لتحقيق هذا الهدف اعتمدنا على أسلوب المقابلة التي أجريت على عينة من سيدات الأعمال الذي بلغ عددهن 30 سيدة .وقد طبقت هذه الدراسة خلال شهر أفريل و ماي من سنة 2022 . و التي تقوم على دراسة و اكتشاف العوامل و الاستراتيجيات التي حفزت على المرأة دخول مجال ريادة الأعمال. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن أهم العوامل التي ساعدت على نجاح مشاريع ريادة الأعمال النسائية هي الدعم العائلي و الإصرار و التفاني في العمل و المهارات الادارية و التنظيمية بالإضافة إلى النوايا الريادية. |
| Description: | Entrepreneurial projects in general. Women in particular have various difficulties and challenges that affect their growth, success and continuity. This study seeks to analyze the success factors of female entrepreneurs in Algeria, and to achieve this goal we relied on the interview method that was conducted on a sample of 30 businesswomen. This study was implemented during the month of April and May of the year 2022. It is based on the study and discovery of the factors and strategies that motivated women to enter the field of entrepreneurship. The results of the study showed that the most important factors that helped the success of women’s entrepreneurship projects are family 95 support, persistence and dedication to work, administrative and organizational skills, in addition to entrepreneurial intentions. |
