| Abstract: | La dilation torsion est extrêmement grave. Il faut absolument connaître les symptômes, et agir très vite. Même si le chien s'en sort, l'organisme aura "vieilli" prématurément, particulièrement le coeur. Même jeune, le chien devra être suivi : moins de sports violents, alimentations fractionnées jusqu'à 4 repas par jour, calme et vie sans stress important. |
