dc.description	The note examines the impact of management innovation on organizational development in organizations, by analyzing the role of innovative management methods in improving performance and enhancing the effectiveness of organizational structures. The study is based on a descriptive analytical approach with a field application in the Tax Directorate, focusing on the adoption of a culture of innovation, the role of leadership, internal communication, and the importance of training in promoting innovative thinking. The results showed that managerial innovation is necessary to achieve organizational development by improving decision - making, raising the efficiency of employees, and creating a work environment that stimulates change, while cautioning that the lack of strategic vision hinders this development.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تدرس المذكرة تأثير الإبتكار الإداري على التطوير التنظيمي في المؤسسات، من خلال تحليل دور الأساليب الإدارية المبتكرة في تحسين الأداء وتعزيز فعالية الهياكل التنظيمية. وتعتمد الدراسة على منهج وصفي تحليلي مع تطبيق ميداني في مديرية الضرائب، مع التركيز على تبني ثقافة الإبتكار، دور القيادة، التواصل الداخلي، وأهمية التدريب في تعزيز التفكير الإبتكاري. وأظهرت النتائج أن الإبتكار الإداري ضروري لتحقيق التطوير التنظيمي عبر تحسين إتخاذ القرار، رفع كفاءة الموظفين، وتهيئة بيئة عمل محفزة على التغيير، مع التنبيه إلى أن غياب الرؤية الإستراتيجية يعيق هذا التطور.	en_US
