| Résumé: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور القيادة التشاركية في تعزيز سلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية، من خًلال دراسة ميدانية على مستوى المجلس الشعبي الولائي لولاية تيارت .وقد انطلقت الدراسة من إشكالية رئيسية مفادها :إلى أي مدى تسهم القيادة التشاركية في تنمية سلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية داخل المؤسسات العمومية؟ ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، تم تقسيم الدراسة إلى جانبين: نظري وتطبيقي. تناول الجانب النظري المفاهيم الأساسية المرتبطة بكل من القيادة التشاركية وسلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية، من حيث التعاريف، الأبعاد، الخصائص، والنظريات المفسرة، كما تم التطرق إلى العًلاقة التأثيرية بين المتغيرين. |
| Description: | This study aims to explore the role of participative leadership in enhancing organizational citizenship behaviors, through a field study conducted at the People's Provincial Council of Tiaret. The research stems from a central question: To what extent does participative leadership contribute to the development of organizational citizenship behaviors within public institutions? To achieve this objective, the study was divided into two parts: theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part addressed the key concepts related to both participative leadership and organizational citizenship behaviors, in terms of definitions, dimensions, characteristics, and explanatory theories. It also explored the impact relationship between the two variables. |
