Résumé:	تتناول هذه الدراسة استخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في دعم وصنع القرارات الإدارية، مركّزة على أثرها في تحسين الكفاءة والسرعة والدقة في العمل الإداري ، وتستعرض الدراسة أبرز تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي المستخدمة، مثل نظم دعم القرار والتحليل التنبئي، ودورها في ترشيد القرارات وتسهيل المعالجة الآلية للمعطيات، كما تناقش التحديات القانونية والأخلاقية المرتبطة بتفويض القرار للآلة، إلى جانب مخاطر فقدان الشفافية والمساءلة، وتُختتم بتوصيات لتعزيز التكامل بين الذكاء الاصطناعي والعنصر البشري، مع ضمان احترام المبادئ القانونية والتنظيمية.
Description:	This study examines the use of artificial intelligence applications in supporting and making administrative decisions, focusing on their impact in enhancing efficiency, speed, and accuracy in administrative work. It reviews the main AI technologies employed, such as decision support systems and predictive analytics, and their role in rationalizing decisions and facilitating automated data processing. The study also discusses the legal and ethical challenges associated with delegating decision-making to machines, including risks related to transparency and accountability. It concludes with recommendations to strengthen the integration between artificial intelligence and the human element, while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory principles
