dc.description	This study aimed to identify the impact of using artificial intelligence (AI) technologies on improving human resource management functions, through an applied study at "Naftal" Company in the state of Tiaret. The descriptive analytical method was adopted, and a questionnaire was designed and distributed to a sample of employees to collect field data on their awareness and interaction with AI applications in the work environment. The study tools included statistical analysis to measure the impact of AI in the fields of recruitment, performance evaluation, administrative management, and decision-making. The hypotheses were tested using statistical significance indicators to determine the strength of the relationship between the study variables	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر استخدام تقنيات الذكاء الإصطناعي في تحسين وظائف إدارة الموارد البشرية، مع دراسة تطبيقية في مؤسسة "نفطال" بولاية تيارت. وتم الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم تصميم إستبيان وزع على عينة من الموظفين بهدف جمع بيانات ميدانية حول مدى إدراكهم وتفاعلهم مع تطبيقات الذكاء الإصطناعي في محيط العمل. شملت أدوات الدراسة تحليلا إحصائيا لمدى تأثير الذكاء الإصطناعي في مجالات: التوظيف، تقييم الأداء، التسيير الإداري، واتخاذ القرار. وتم اختبار الفرضيات باستخدام دلالات إحصائية لتحديد قوة العلاقة بين متغيرات الدراسة.	en_US
