| Résumé: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة بيئة العمل الإيجابية وعلاقتها بالمردودية في العمل دراسة ميدانية (منظمة إتصالات الجزائر) تيسمسيلت, حيث إعتمدنا على الوصفي التحليلي, المنهج الإحصائي, كما تخلله منهج دراسة حالة, بالإضافة إلى أدوات جمع البيانات المتمثلة في الإستبيان كان الأداة الأكثر إستعمالا, حيث تم توزيع إستمارة الإستبيان على عينة من موظفي البلدية والتي بلغ عددها 40, وتم إسترجاع 37 إستمارة صالحة للدراسة الإحصائية عن طريق SPSS. بعد تحليل نتائج الدراسة توصلنا إلى مايلي:- وجود علاقة وطيدة بين بيئة العمل الإيجابية وتحقيق المردودية في العمل.- تساهم بيئة العمل الإيجابية في تحقيق المردودية في العمل من خلال تحقيق الرضا الوظيفي لدى الموظفين. - تحسين بيئة العمل يعد من العوامل الجوهرية في رفع كفاءة الأداء وتعزيز الرضا الوظيفي. |
| Description: | This study aims to know the positive work environment and its relationship to productivity at work, a field study (Algeria Telecommunications Organization) Tissemsilt, where we relied on the descriptive analytical approach, the statistical approach, and it included a case study approach, in addition to the data collection tools represented by the questionnaire, which was the most used tool, where the questionnaire form was distributed to a sample of the organization's employees, which numbered 40, and 37 forms were retrieved valid for the statistical study via SPSS. After analyzing the results of the study, the following was reached: There is a strong relationship between a positive work environment and job . - A positive work environment contributes to job performance by achieving job satisfaction among employees. - Improving the work environment is a key factor in improving performance and enhancing job satisfaction. |
