| Résumé: | تهدف هذه المذكرة إلى دراسة تأثير الإحتراق الوظيفي على السلوك المهني لدى الموظفين، وذلك من خلال تحليل نظري وميداني يعتمد على فصلين رئيسيين. في الفصل الأول، تم استعراض الإطار النظري لكلا المفهومين الرئيسيين: "الإحتراق الوظيفي " و"السلوك المهني"، حيث تم تعريف ماهيتهما، أسبابهما، مظاهرهما، والعلاقة التفاعلية بينهما، وذلك بالإعتماد على الأدبيات النظرية والدراسات السابقة. أما الفصل الثاني، فقد خصص للتحليل الميداني من خلال دراسة حالة مديرية التربية لولاية تيارت، حيث تم جمع البيانات عبر الإستبيانات وتوزيعها على عينة من الموظفين، ومن ثم تحليل النتائج واستخلاص المؤشرات المتعلقة بمستوى الشعوربالإرهاق الوظيفي وتأثيره على السلوكيات المهنية داخل المؤسسة. |
| Description: | This memorandum aims to study the impact of occupational burnout on professional behavior among employees , through a theoretical and field analysis based on two main chapters. In Chapter One , the theoretical framework of the two main concepts — "occupational burnout " and "professional behavior " — was presented, including their definitions, causes, manifestations, and the interactive relationship between them, based on theoretical literature and previous studies. As for Chapter Two , it was devoted to the field analysis through a case study conducted at the Directorate of Education in Tiaret Province. Data were collected using questionnaires distributed to a sample of employees, followed by the analysis of results and the extraction of indicators related to the level of perceived job stress and its impact on professional behaviors within the institution. |
