| Abstract: | الظاهر في النشاط الإداري للمنظمات الإدارية الجزائرية أنها أضحت تعتمد إعتمادا واسعا على الإدارة الإلكتًروية في تصريف الشؤون العامة وعلى رأسها ضمان الخدمات اليومية للمواطن بشكل منتظم ومطرد، كما أن الأمر أبعد من ذلك، فصناع القرار في كل بلد يسعون لسد الفجوة والهوة بين المواطن والمنظمات الإدارية التي تسعى لإشباع حاجاته وتغطيتها وصولا لنيل رضاه والعمل على تعزيز ثقته بالمسيرين الإداريين في كافة المستويات العليا منها والسفلى. |
| Description: | The administrative activity of Algerian administrative organizations shows that it has become widely dependent on e-governance in the conduct of public affairs, primarily ensuring the daily services of citizens on a regular and steady basis. And, beyond that, decision makers in every country seek to bridge the gap and gap between citizens and administrative organizations that seek to satisfy and cover their needs in order to gain their satisfaction and to promote their confidence in managerial careers at all levels. However, access to this endeavour of providing quality and efficient electronic management services is accessible only by providing a network or rather a robust technical infrastructure capable of meeting the challenges posed by the digital world. On the one hand, and on the other hand, the appropriate human component must be qualified to work on e-governance techniques, It goes beyond the functions of this human resource to protect the technical and technological gains employed in the provision of electronic services s new management methods, Indeed, staff working in administrative organizations were paid to maintain and protect working equipment and devices from computers and protection programmes. On the other hand, in all Algerian administrative organizations, reliance on e-governance in all their transactions has proved to be widespread. The mechanism's uses have been mainstreamed in all areas, leading to human resources within these organizations to adapt and adapt to new data imposed under the accelerated development of modern technologies and digital systems |
