| Résumé: | . تستكشف هذه الدراسة دور المحاسبة في شركات التأمين الجزائرية من خلال تحليل الإطار النظري لتأمين المخاطر وآليات التسجيل المالي، ثم إسقاط ذلك على دراسة حالة بالشركة الوطنية للتأمين CNMA– وكالة تيارت. اعتمد البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ومنهج دراسة الحالة، وجُمعت البيانات من وثائق محاسبية رسمية، مقابلات ميدانية، وملاحظات مباشرة. خلصت النتائج إلى أنّ النظام المحاسبي المالي-الجزائري يُلبّي في جوهره خصوصيات النشاط التأميني، لكنه يحتاج إلى تعزيز معايير الإفصاح عن الاحتياطيات الفنية وتبسيط إجراءات المطابقة بين الفروع. كما أظهرت المعالجة التطبيقية أنّ أغلب التعقيدات تنبع من الفصل بين دورات الأقساط، وتسوية التعويضات، واحتساب الضرائب المتخصصة. أوصت الدراسة بتطوير دورات تكوين محاسبي -تأميني، وإرساء دليل موحّد للحسابات، وتوسيع رقمنة إجراءات المطابقة والرقابة الداخلية |
| Description: | This research investigates accounting practices within Algerian insurance firms by first framing the theoretical foundations of risk coverage and financial recording, then applying them to a case study of the National Insurance Company (CNMA) – Tiaret branch. A descriptive-analytical design combined with a field case approach was employed; data were drawn from official accounting records, on-site interviews, and direct observation. Findings reveal that the Algerian Financial Accounting System broadly accommodates insurance-specific requirements, yet greater disclosure of technical reserves and streamlined reconciliation procedures are still required. The applied analysis shows most complexities arise from premium period separation, claim settlement, and calculation of specialized taxes. The study recommends tailored accounting-insurance training, a unified chart of accounts, and expanded digitization of reconciliation and internal control workflows |
