dc.description	This study aims to deepen the understanding of the budget preparation process in an economic institution, and to identify the problem s facing this process, and to propose solutions to overcome them. The study shows that preparing a budget in an economic institution goes through multiple stages, starting with data collection, then review, and finally budget approval. The budget prepara tion process faces various problems, most notably: the pressure of the time frame, the difficulty of forecasting revenues and expenditures, the constant change in legislation, and the study's recommendations indicate that to achieve an effective budget in an institution, taking into account economic and market factors, periodic review of the budget, enhancing the accuracy of forecasts of revenues and expenditures, and using technology are solutions that the institution can apply to overcome the problems it the problems it faces in budget preparation. dc.description.abstract	تهدف هذه الدرسة إلى تعميق فهم عملية لإعداد الميزانية في مؤسسة إقتصادية، و تحديد المشكلات التي تواجه هذه العملية، وإقتراح الحلول للتقلب عليها، تظهر الدراسة أن إعداد ميزانية في مؤسسة إقتصادية يمر بمراحل متعددة تبدا بجمع وثائق وتنتهي بمراجعة و إعتماد الميزانية. تواجه عملية إعداد ميزانية المشاكل متنوعة أبرزها ضغط الزمني،صعوبة تنبؤ بإيرادات والنفقات وتغير مستمر للتشريعات جبائية. ومن توصيات دراسة انه لتحقيق الميزانية فعالة في مؤسسة، مراعاة العوامل إقتصادية والسوقية،مراجعة دورية للميزانية، تعزيز دقة في التنبؤات بإيرادات والنفقات وإستخدام التكنولوجيا بتطبيق الحلول يمكن للمؤسسة التغلب على هذه المشاكل التي تواجهها في إعداد الميزانية ولتحقيق هذه الدراسة تم تربص لدى مكتب محافظ حسابات	en_US
