| Abstract: | تتناول هذه المذكرة أثر الرقمنة على شركات التأمين من خلال دراسة التحولات التكنولوجية التي شهدها القطاع وتأثيرها على نماذج الأعمال وطرق التوزيع وتفاعل العملاء ، وتوضح كيف ادت الرقمنة الى تحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية وتقليل التكاليف وتطوير المنتجات والخدمات التأمينية المخصصة ، كما تسلط الضوء على التحديات التي تواجهها شركات التأمين مثل: الامن السيبراني وتغيير توقعات العملاء والحاجة الى التكيف السريع مع الابتكار وتشير المذكرة الى ان التحول الرقمي لم يعد خيارا بل ضرورة للبقاء في سوق تأمين سريع التغير. |
