dc.description	This research aims to study the reality of financial planning in the municipality of chehaima and its impact on the local decision-making process. This was achieved through a questionnaire distributed to a sample of 35 employees. The data were analyzed using the SPSS program. The results at the level of the municipality of chehaima showed a statistically significant correlation between financial planning and decision-making at a significance level of Sig ≤ 0.05, indicating that improving financial planning directly contributes to the quality of decision-making, as demonstrated by the results	en_US
dc.description.abstract	يهدف هذا البحث الى دراسة واقع التخطيط المالي في بلدية شحيمة وأثره على عملية اتخاذ القرار المحلي، وذلك من خلال استبيان وزع على عينة مكونة من 35 موظفا ، تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج SPSS اظهرت النتائج على مستوى بلدية شحيمة غن هناك علاقة ارتباط معنوية بين التخطيط المالي واتخاذ القرار عند مستوى الدلالة 0.05≤ Sig مما يدل على ان تحسين التخطيط المالي يسهم بشكل مباشر في جودة القرار كما تبينه النتائج	en_US
