dc.description	This study aimed to analyze the relationship between foreign direct investment (FDI) and non-oil exports in the context of Algeria's economic transformation during the time period from 1990 to 2023. To answer the question: How does FDI contribute to the development of exports outside the hydrocarbon sector in Algeria? In light of the government's objectives aimed at diversifying the economy and reducing dependence on oil revenues, as increasing foreign direct investment is one of the tools to achieve this goal. Therefore, we analyzed the relationship between non-oil exports and FDI; the results of the study showed that the relationship between FDI and non-oil exports in Algeria is a direct relationship. The relationship between FDI and non-oil exports in Algeria is neither direct nor instantaneous.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل العلاقة بين الإستثمار الأجنبي المباشر والصادرات غير النفطية في سياق التحول الإقتصادي الذي تشهده الجزائر خلال الفترة الزمنية من 1990إلى 2023 . وللإجابة على هذا التساؤل : كيف يساهم الإستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في تنمية الصادرات خارج قطاع المحروقات في الجزائر؟ وذلك في ضوء الأهداف الحكومية الرامية إلى تنويع الإقتصاد وتقليل الإعتماد على على الإيرادات النفطية, بإعتبار زيادة الإستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة أحد أدوات تحقيق هذا الهدف. ولذلك قمنا بتحليل العلاقة بين الصادرات غير النفطية والإستثمار الأجنبي المباشر, حيث أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن العلاقة بين الإستثمار الأجنبي المباشر والصادرات غيرالنفطية هي علاقة طردية. العلاقة بين الإستثمار الأجنبي المباشر والصادرات غير النفطية في الجزائر ليست مباشرة ولا آنية .	en_US
