The system leverages arficial intelligence to generate customized simulaon scenarios that emerge directly from actual work contexts, enabling training without interrupting operational tasks. The mechanism provides comprehensive behavioral analysis that monitors group interactions, communication patierns, and decision-making efficiency in real-time. Precise, task-centric feedback is delivered instantly to enhance effective learning.
