| Abstract: | يقدم المشروع في إطار ريادة الأعمال المبتكرة، منصة STAC كمؤسسة ناشئة تتبني رؤية متقدمة لتدريب الفرق المهنية عبر الاهتمام بديناميكيات فرق العمل وتقديم حلول تدريبية متكاملة. تعمل المنظومة على تسخير الذكاء الاصطناعي لتوليد سيناريوهات محاكاة مخصصة تنبثق مباشرة من سياقات العمل الفعلية، مما يسمح بإجراء التدريب دون انقطاع عن المهام التشغيلية. تقدم الآلية تحليلاً سلوكياً شاملاً يرصد التفاعلات الجماعية، أنماط التواصل، وكفاءة اتخاذ القرار في الزمن الحقيقي. تغذية راجعة دقيقة ومهمة-محورية تقدم فورياً لتعزيز التعلم الفعال. الجدوى الاقتصادية للمشروع تعززها تنوعية القطاعات المستهدفة (التعليم العالي، الشركات الناشئة، المؤسسات الصناعية) مع نموذج إيرادات مرن يعتمد على الاشتراكات والحزم التدريبية المتدرجة. التوقعات المالية تشير إلى تحقيق معدلات ايرادات ايجابية في الآجال القصيرة مع معدل نمو سنوي محفز جدا في السنوات الثلاث الأولى |
| Description: | The project presents the STAC platform within the framework of innovative entrepreneurship as a startup that adopts an advanced vision for training professional teams by focusing on team dynamics and providing integrated training soluons. The system leverages arficial intelligence to generate customized simulaon scenarios that emerge directly from actual work contexts, enabling training without interrupting operational tasks. The mechanism provides comprehensive behavioral analysis that monitors group interactions, communication patierns, and decision-making efficiency in real-time. Precise, task-centric feedback is delivered instantly to enhance effective learning. The project's economic viability is strengthened by the diversity of target sectors (higher education, startups, industrial enterprises) with a flexible revenue model based on subscriptions and tiered training packages.
