| Abstract: | هدفت هذه الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على دور التمويل الإسلامي في دعم وتمويل المؤسسات الناشئة باعتبارها رافدا مهما لتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية في الدول النامية ، وعلى رأسها الجزائر ، وقد تم التركيز على دراسة التجربة الماليزية كنموذج ناجح في توظيف أدوات التمويل الاسلامي لصالح المؤسسات الناشئة وتحليل مدى إمكانية نقل هذه التجربة الى البيئة الاقتصادية الجزائرية. |
| Description: | This study aims to highlight the role of Islamic finance in supporting and funding startup enterprises, as key contributors to economic development, particularly in developing countries such as Algeria. The focus is placed on Malaysia’s experience as a successful model in utilizing Islamic financial instruments to support startups, and on analyzing the potential applicability of this model to the Algerian economic context. The study concludes that Islamic financial tools, such as Musharakah (partnership), Murabaha (cost-plus financing), and Mudarabah (profit sharing), are well suited to meet the needs of startups — especially if adapted to Algeria’s pecific environment. Malaysia’s experience also highlights the importance of integrating financial and development policies for such models to succeed |
