| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على مساهمة إدارة المواهب في تعزيز الًابتكار ؛ حيث اعتمدت على جانبين نظري و بحثي ؛ حيث تناول الجانب النظري المفاهيم الأساسية لًادارة الموارد البشرية و كذا إدارة المواهب و الًبتكار ؛ و مدى ارتباط إدارة المواهب بتنمية الًابتكار في المؤسسات و مساهمتها في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية أما الجانب ؛ فتمثل في اجراء بحث في الدراسات السابقة حول نفس الموضوع سعيا لفهم كيفية توظيف إدارة المواهب كأداة استراتيجية لدعم الًبتكار و تنوعت هذه الدراسات بين دراسات وطنية و عربية و أخرى أجنبية ؛ و توصلت الدراسة الى أن الإدارة الفعالة للمواهب تسهم في تعزيز ثقافة الًابتكار داخل المؤسسة مما يمكنها من تحقيق أهدافها بفعالية أكبر نتيجة بناء فرق عمل قوية و متميزة. |
| Description: | This study aims to shed light on the contribution of talent management in enhancing innovation. It adopts a dual approach, comprising a theoretical framework and a research component. The theoretical framework explores the fundamental concepts of human resource management, talent management, and innovation, as well as the nexus between talent management and innovation development in organizations, and its role in achieving a competitive advantage. The research component involves a review of extant literature on the topic, encompassing national, Arab, and international studies, to gain insight into the strategic deployment of talent management as a catalyst for innovation. The study's findings revealed that effective talent management fosters an innovative culture within organizations, thereby enabling them to achieve their objectives more efficaciously through the development of robust and high-performing teams |
