| Résumé: | تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تحليل دور السياسة النقدية في استهداف التضخم في الجزائر، من خلال التعرف على أدوات السياسة النقدية المستخدمة من قبل بنك الجزائر، و تقييم فعاليتها في التحكم بمعدلات التضخم خلال الفترة 2010-2023، مع تسليط الضوء على التحديات و العقبات التي تواجه تطبيق هذه السياسات. توصلت الدراسة إلى ان نجاح اعتماد سياسة استهداف التضخم في الجزائر مرهون بتوفر مجموعة من الشروط الأساسية ، اذ ان غياب بعض هذه الشروط في السياق الإقتصادي الجزائري حال دون تحقيق النتائج المرجوة من تطبيق هذه السياسة ، و تشير نتائج التحليل الى أن فعالية أدوات السياسة النقدية في استهداف التضخم تختلف من أداة الى أداة بحسب استخدام الأداة من طرف البنك المركزي. |
| Description: | This study aims to analyze the role of monetary policy in targeting inflation in Algeria, by identifying the monetary policy tools used by the Bank of Algeria, and assessing their effectiveness in controlling inflation rates during the period 2010-2023, while highlighting the challenges and obstacles facing the application of these policies. The study found that the success of adopting an inflation targeting policy in Algeria depends on the availability of a set of basic conditions, as the absence of some of these conditions in the Algerian economic context prevented the achievement of the desired results from applying this policy, and the results of the analysis indicate that the effectiveness of monetary policy tools in targeting inflation varies from tool to tool depending on the use of the tool by the central bank. |
