| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور التحول الرقمي كرافعة أساسية لتحقيق الاقلاع الاقتصادي و التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر، في ظل التحديات الراهنة التي يواجهها الاقتصاد العالمي، أصبح تبني التقنيات الرقمية و الابتكار ضرورة ملحة لتعزيز التنافسية و توسيع آفاق النمو، وقد تم تشخيص و تحليل مؤشرات التحول الرقمي المختلفة المعتمدة لرفع مستويات الإقلاع الاقتصاد الجزائري للفترة 2000 - 2023 . و بغية تحقيق هدف الدراسة لمعرفة أثر التحول الرقمي على الاقلاع الاقتصادي في الجزائر على المدى القصير و المدى الطويل استخدمنا منهجية اختبار التكامل المشترك لجوهانسون، و تشير النتائج إلى أن مرتكزات التحول الرقمي لها تأثير إيجابي على الاقلاع الاقتصادي في المدى القصير و المدى الطويل، حيث أن الانفاق على التعليم ومستخدمو الانترنت لهما تأثير إيجابي، بينما الحوكمة و الاستثمار الأجنبي لها تأثير سلبي يقلل من حجم الاقلاع الاقتصادي |
| Description: | This study aims to highlight the role of digital transformation as a key lever for achieving economic takeoff and sustainable development in Algeria. In light of the current challenges facing the global economy, adopting digital technologies and innovation has become an urgent necessity to enhance competitiveness and expand growth prospects. Various digital transformation indicators used to raise the Algerian economic takeoff levels for the period 2000-2023 were identified and analyzed. To achieve the study's objective, which is to determine the impact of digital transformation on economic takeoff in Algeria in the short and long term, we used the Johansen cointegration test methodology. The results indicate that the pillars of digital transformation have a positive impact on economic takeoff in both the short and long term. Spending on education and internet users have a positive impact, while governance and foreign investment have a negative impact, reducing the extent of economic takeoff |
