| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على العلاقة بين استخدام استراتيجيات الموارد البشرية وآداء العاملين بالمؤسسة الجامعية بن خلدون ولاية تيارت، حيث اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واسلوب دراسة الحالة، موظفين اداة الاستبيان التي بموجبها وزعنا 50 استمارة على عينة عشوائية طبقية، حيث شملت العينة الاداريين، المهنيين، الاساتذة الجامعيين. تم جمع البيانات وتحليلها، وخلصت الدراسة الى جملة من النتائج SPSSV وباستخدام برنامج 26 عل ابرزها: تأثر أداء العاملين باستراتيجيات الموارد البشرية بشكل ايجابي خصوصا عند الاستخدام الامثل لإستراتيجيتي التوظيف والتنمية، بالاضافة الى اسهام متغير المؤهل العلمي كعامل مهم في تسهيل تنفيذ هذه الاستراتيجيات، ودعم مبادرات التطوير الذاتي |
| Description: | This study aims to highlight the relationship between the use of human resource strategies and the performance of employees at Ben Kholdoun University in Tiaret. We relied on a descriptive analytical approach and case study method, using a questionnaire tool through which we distributed 50 forms to a stratified random sample, which included administrators, professionals, and university professors. Using SPSSV26, data was collected and analyzed, and the study concluded with several results, the most important of which are: the performance of employees is positively affected by human resources strategies, especially with the optimal use of recruitment and development strategies, in addition to the contribution of the educational qualification variable as an important factor in facilitating the implementation of these strategies and supporting self-development initiatives. |
