| Abstract: | تعد المؤسسات الناشئة بديلا تنمويا فعالا لما لها من دور مهم في دفع عجلة التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية, بالاضافة الى دعمها للابتكار و تعزيزها للمشاريع الابداعية. و في هذا السياق تحاول الحكومه الجزائريه, مثل العديد من الدول حول العالم, تطوير هذا القطاع الاستراتيجي وتشجيع روح الريادة تسعى هذه الدراسة الى تقديم فكرة مشروع مبتكر, من خلال عرض مختلف تفاصيله الاقتصادية و الادارية و التسويقية و المالية. و تشمل الدراسة تحليل الجوانب الابتكارية للمشروع, اهدافه و الخطط المعتمدة سواء من الناحية الانتاجية او التسويقية,بالإضافة الى الخطة المالية, التحليل الاستراتيجي للسوق, و النموذج الأولي التجريبي يركز المشروع على تقديم حل رقمي ذكي وفعال يسهل عملية الوصول الى خدمات الحرفيين, و يوفر في الوقت ذاته منصة احترافية لهؤلاء الحرفيين لعرض مهاراتهم, شهاداتهم, و توسيع قاعدة زبائنهم. كما ان المشروع مصمم خصيصا ليناسب خصوصيات السوق الجزائري من حيث العادات و الثقافة و اللغه و البنية التكنولوجية للمستخدمين المحليين ويحمل هذا المشروع اسم Handy |
| Description: | Startups are considered an effective developmental alternative due to their significant role in driving economic and social development, in addition to supporting innovation and fostering creative projects. In this context, the Algerian government _like many other countries around the world_ is striving to develop this strategic sector and encorage entrepreneurial spirit. This study aims to present an innovative project idea by outlining its various economic, administrative,marketing, and financial aspects. The study includes an analysis of the project's innovative features, itsobjectives, and adopted plans in terms of production and marketing, in addition to the financial plan, strategicmarket analysis, and the initial prototype model. The project focuses on providing a smart and efficient digital solution that facilitates access to handymenservices. At the same time, it offers a professional platform for handymen to showcase their skills,qualification, and expand their customer base.
