| dc.description | Our study focused on the application of communication strategy within public service institutions and its role in crisis management at the Civil Protection Directorate of Tiaret Province, as well as the communication tools employed by the Directorate. To address the posed problem, we hypothesized that there is a diversity of communication strategies utilized by the Civil Protection Directorate which facilitates immediate crisis response. Additionally, we assumed that having a pre- established communication strategy plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of crisis management planning. Moreover, the communication strategy adopted by the Civil Protection Directorate plays a fundamental role in enhancing its position to improve both internal and external communication, thereby strengthening its capacity for rapid crisis response. Our study relied on the case study methodology, utilizing observation and interviews as data collection tools. The research population consisted of the personnel of the Civil Protection Directorate of Tiaret Province. - Consequently, our study yielded several key findings, notably: - The diversity of communication strategies contributes to strengthening immediate response. - The existence of ready-made strategies supports preventive planning and effective intervention. - Communication holds a central position within the administrative structure, which enhances horizontal and vertical communication and accelerates crisis interaction. - Enhancing training in institutional communication for all personnel and linking it to the objectives of strategic crisis management planning is essential. | en_US |
