| Résumé: | تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تقييم جاهزية مكتبات جامعة تيارت لتبني مشروع مكتبة رقمية ، من خلال تحليل الواقع التنظيمي والتقني والبشري ، ومعرفة مدى توفر المقومات الأساية لذلك، انطلقت الدراسة من اشكالية تتعلق بمدى القدرة على تنفيذ مشروع رقمي متكامل في بيئة مكتبية جامعية. |
| Description: | This study aimed to evaluate the readiness of the University of Tiaret’s libraries to adopt a digital library project by examining their internal and external conditions and identifying available technical and human capacities. The research addressed the core question of whether these libraries are equipped to implement a full-fledged digital transformation. Combining theoretical foundations with field data collected via a staff questionnaire, the findings revealed moderate awareness of digital library importance and a willingness to embrace training, hindered by limited infrastructure, lack of qualified staff, and financial constraints. The study concludes that the success of a digital library project depends on a comprehensive vision involving human resource development, infrastructure improvement, funding support, and broader technological engagement, aligned with the ongoing digital shift in Algeria’s academic environment |
