| Abstract: | تطرقنا في هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل الحياة الاجتماعية في الأندلس خلال العهدين المرابطي والموحدي، مع التركيز على كتب الحسبة كمصدر رئيسي يكشف تفاصيل الحياة اليومية آنذاك. وبدأنا البحث بتقديم تمهيدي حول نشأة الحسبة وتطورها في الأندلس، إلى جانب استعراض الإطار السياسي والاجتماعي السائد في تلك الفترة. ثم انتقلنا إلى تحليل البنية الاجتماعية في العصر المرابطي، من خلال استكشاف مفهوم الحسبة لديهم، ودراسة تكوين المجتمع وسماته الأساسية، مع تسليط الضوء على تطبيقات نظام الحسبة في المجالات العملية مثل إدارة الأسواق، والرقابة الأخلاقية، وتنظيم المهن. كما تناولنا بالتفصيل الحياة الاجتماعية في العهد الموحدي، مركزين على الجوانب الإصلاحية لنظام الحسبة ودوره الفعّال في ضبط المجتمع. واختتمنا البحث بتقييم تأثير نظام الحسبة على المجتمع الأندلسي، سواء على المستوى الأخلاقي أوالاجتماعي، مع تحليل درجة استجابة الأفراد لتوجيهات المحتسب، وإثبات الترابط الوثيق بين نصوص الحسبة والواقع الاجتماعي في تلك المرحلة التاريخية |
| Description: | In this study, we explored the analysis of social life in al-Andalus during the Almoravid and Almohad periods, focusing on ḥisba manuals as a primary source that reveals the details of daily life at the time. We began the research with an introductory overview of the origins and development of the ḥisba system in al-Andalus, along with a review of the prevailing political and social framework during that era. We then moved on to analyze the social structure during the Almoravid period by exploring their understanding of ḥisba, studying the composition of society and its main characteristics, and highlighting practical applications of the ḥisba system in areas such as market regulation, moral oversight, and professional organization. We also examined in detail the social life during the Almohad era, focusing on the reformist aspects of the ḥisba system and its effective role in maintaining social order. The study concluded with an assessment of the impact of the ḥisba system on Andalusian society, both morally and socially, including an analysis of the public’s responsiveness to the muḥtasib’s directives and affirming the strong correlation between ḥisba texts and the social reality of that historical period. |
