| Abstract: | تناولنا في بحثنا هذا إشكالية المواطنة، مفهومها ونشأتها من منظور فلسفي سياسي، انطلاقا من التطور التاريخي لهذا المفهوم، واعتباره مفهوم تتشابك فيه العديد من المتغيرات التربوية والاجتماعية وحتى النفسية والقانونية والفلسفية. أخذ مفهوم المواطنة عبر تاريخه مسارا دلاليا غير مستقر، فالوضع العلاماتي للمواطنة بدأ مع الإغريق والرومان ثم اكتمل مسيرته عبر العصور حتى وصل الفترة المعاصرة. إن هذه الإشكالية في فكر جون لوك تتمثل في التوتر بين المبادئ الليبرالية التي أسسها الحرية والحقوق والتمثيل وبين الإقصاء الواقعي |
| Description: | I This study addresses the problematic of citizenship, examining its concept and origins from a philosophical and political perspective. The analysis begins with the historical evolution of the notion, considering it as a multifaceted concept shaped by various educational, social, psychological, legal, and philosophical factors. The meaning of citizenship has undergone a fluctuating semantic trajectory throughout history. Its symbolic emergence can be traced back to the Greeks and Romans, continuing to evolve across different eras until reaching the contemporary period. In John Locke’s thought, this problematic is manifested in the tension between the liberal principles he espoused—freedom, rights, and representation – and the reality of exclusion that accompanied their application |
