dc.description	The study aimed to know the role of digitization in improving organizational performance at the Casnos Social Security Fund Foundation.The problem of the study was: To what extent does digitization contribute to improving organizational performance at the Social Security Fund Foundation for non-wage workers in the city of Tiaret? In our study, we relied on the descriptive approach and used the form tool distributed to A sample of 80 employees Based on the analysis of the results of the field study related to the use of digitization in the National Social Security Fund for Non-Wage Earners (CASNOS) in Tiaret, a general conclusion can be drawn that the digitization process within the institution still faces several structural and human challenges that prevent it from achieving its goals optimally. dc.description.abstract	هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الرقمنة في تٖحسين الأداء التنظيمي بمؤسسة الصندوق الضمان الاجتماعي وجاءت إشكالية الدراسة إلى أي مدى تساهم الرقمنة في تحسين الأداء التنظيمي بمؤسسة صندوق الضمان الاجتماعي للعمال غير الأجراء بمدينة تيارت؟، واعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي واستخدمنا أداة الاستمارة وزعت على عينة قدرها 80 موظف، انطلاقًا من تٖحليل نتائج الدراسة الميدانية المتعلقة باستخدام الرقمنة في مؤسسة الصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي لغير الأجراء بتيارت، يمكن استخلاص استنتاج عام يتمثل في أن عملية الرقمنة داخل المؤسسة ما تزال تواجه عدة تٖحديات بنيوية وبشرية تحول دون تٖحقيق أهدافها بالشكل الأمثل. فعلى الرغم من الجهود المبذولة لاعتماد الأنظمة الرقمية، إلا أن غياب التكوين الكافي للموظفين، وضعف البنية التحتية التكنولوجية.	en_US
