Abstract: هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى الكشف عن طبيعة اتجاهات الاساتذة بجامعة ابن خلدون تيارت نحو استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي وعن العلاقة بين هذه الاتجاهات بمكوناتها الثلاث والأداء الوظيفي بابعاده لدى الاساتذة بجامعة ابن خلدون تيارت.من خلال استخدام المنهج الوصفي وبالاعتماد على مقياسين تتوفر فيهما شروط الصدق والثبات ، على عينة اساسية ضمت 105استاذ واستاذة ينتمون الى جامعة ابن خلدون تيارت.
Description: he present study aimed to explore the nature of attitudes among professors at Ibn Khaldoun University of Tiaret towards the use of artificial intelligence, as well as the correlation between these attitudes, with their three components, and job performance in its dimensions among the professors at Ibn Khaldoun University of Tiaret. Utilizing a descriptive approach and relying on two validated and reliable scales (professors' attitudes towards the use of artificial intelligence and job performance), the study was conducted on a primary sample of 105 professors from Ibn Khaldoun University of Tiaret. The results indicated the following: 1. There is a statistically significant correlation between the attitudes of professors at Ibn Khaldoun University of Tiaret towards the use of artificial intelligence and their job performance and the cognitive dimension. 2. Professors hold positive attitudes towards the use of artificial intelligence. 3. There is a statistically significant correlation between the cognitive component and job performance, specifically in its dimensions of skills and discipline, among professors at Ibn Khaldoun University of Tiaret.
