| Abstract: | يعتبر الإمام أبو الوليد الباجي من الشخصيات المشهورة خلال القرن الخامس الهجري الحادي العشر الميلادي، حيث لعب هذا العالم الفقيه دورا مهما في إزدهار الحياة الفكرية بالأندلس نتيجة تكوين علمي متين أهله ليكون علم من أعلام الفكر في مختلف أصناف العلوم كالفقه وأصوله والجدل ومضايقه واللغة ودواوينها. تميز نشاطه العلمي بإثراء الحياة الفكرية والجدلية، ففي مجال الأدب كان له موضوعات متعددة ومتنوعة في الشعر يعبر من خلالها عن خوالجه النفسية والذاتية مضمنا إياها أساليب المدح والشكر والرثاء والزهد والسفر، وله أيضا مقتطفات من النثر في فنون الجدل على شكل رسائل تعليمية موجه لأغراض دعوية بأساليب خطابية واستفهامية وتعجبية، كما كان له اهتمام بالعلوم النحوية والصرفية باعتبارها علوم مساعدة للعلماء والفقهاء في مجال الفقه وأصوله |
| Description: | Imam Abu Al-Walid Al-Baji is considered to be one of the most famous personalities during the fifth century AH, where this jurist played an important role in the flourishing of the intellectual life in Andalusia, which was a result of his solid intellectual training that qualified him to be a high level scholar in various sciences such as jurisprudence, controversy, and language and its sciences. His intellectual contribution enriched the intellectual and dialectical life. In the field of literature, he wrote in various topics in poetry, including methods of praise, lamentation, asceticism and travel. rhetorical, interrogative and exclamatory, as well as he was interested in grammar and morphology as auxiliary sciences for scholars and jurists. As for the field of controversy, we find Imam Abu al-Walid’s involvement in the principles of jurisprudence and theology, which enabled him to engage in many jurisprudential debates of a purely intellectual dialectical nature for the purpose of defending the Sunni Muslim faith and correcting some of its aspects of doctrinal orientations according to the origins and principles of the Maliki school. Al-Baji completed his purpose through writing several books on jurisprudence and debate, following the ijtihad approach based on consideration, inference and guidance. His debates also of a great scientific value to us , with their doctrinal and juristic importance in responding to violators of different sects, and defending the Sunni Islamic faith. The dialectical genius of the imam contributed to ridding the Andalusians of the da’hiri school of thought, ridding the ‘Halabis of Shiite thought, and transforming their ruling systems to the Sunni approach. His intellectual and dialectical contribution has become an intellectual reference for many jurists, scholars and students in various sciences. |
