| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور الاتصال التربوي في تحسين مستوى التلاميذ بثانوية "بعمر بوجمعة "و ينحصر إشكال الدراسة بشكل أساسي في السؤال التالي ( هل يسهم الاتصال التربوي في تحسين مستوى التلاميذ بثانوية بعمر بوجمعة) وأسئلة فرعية حول ( الأساليب والمواقف الاتصالية ، مهارات الاتصال ــ الاتصال بين الأسرة والمدرسة ــ معوقات الاتصال) كانت هذه الدراسة عبارة عن دراسة ميدانية تعتمد على دراسة المسح الشامل لمجتمع بحث يتكون من 55 مفردة من أساتذة ثانوية بعمر بوجمعة ــ كارمان ــ تيارت ــ كما اعتمدت على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات والذي صممت استمارته خصيصا لهذا الغرض ،ونظرية الغرس الثقافي ــ كخلفية نظرية لها ـــ.توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها : أن الاتصال التربوي يسهم في تحسين مستوى التلاميذ عندما يستثمر الفاعلون التربويون أساليب ووسائل متنوعة تراعي طبيعة الموقف الاتصالي ،وأن التحكم في مهارات الاتصال وتكييفها حسب المواقف يؤثر إيجابا و بشكل مباشر على مستوى التلاميذ ، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الاتصال التربوي بين الأسرة والمدرسة عنصر مكمل لتحسين مستوى المتعلمين إلا أن ذلك يبقى مشروطا بالاستمرارية والتجاوب وأن العوامل المادية والبشرية عوائق حقيقية أمام الاتصال التربوي خاصة عندما لا تكون متكافئة مع الأهداف الاتصالية |
| Description: | This study aims to explore the role of educational communication in improving the academic performance of students at Benaemar Bougemaa High School. The research question is primarily limited to the following question: "Does educational communication contribute to improving the academic performance of students at Benaemar Bougemaa High School?" and to sub-questions on communication methods and situations, communication skills, communication between family and school, and barriers to communication. This field study is based on a comprehensive survey conducted among a research community composed of 55 teachers at Benaemar Bougemaa High School in Karman, Tiaret. It uses a descriptive and analytical approach and a questionnaire as a data and information collection tool, the format of which was specially designed for this purpose. It also adopts the theory of cultural inculcation as its theoretical foundation. This study led to several findings, including the following: educational communication contributes to improving students' academic performance when educational actors use diversified methods that take into account the nature of the communication situation. It also concluded that mastering communication skills and adapting them to situations positively and directly influence students' academic performance. It also concluded that educational communication between family and school is a complementary element to improve learners' performance. However, this remains conditional on continuity and responsiveness, and that material and human factors constitute real obstacles to educational communication, especially when they do not meet the communication objectives |
