| Abstract: | تحمل إشكالية المواطنة في بيئة متعددة الثقافات أبعاداً مختلفة: سياسية، ثقافية، واجتماعية، وحتى إقتصادية، لذا اهتمت الحكومات المعاصرة بهذا المفهوم، لكونه عنصر وحدة يجمع بين مختلف فئات المجتمع على أساس التساوي في أداء الواجبات، والمطالبة بالحقوق في إطار قانوني، ومن بين هذه الدول نجد الجزائر والتي من مفكريها المعاصرين مولود قاسم نايت بلقاسم الذي اهتم بالإنية، وبثقافة الأمة الجزائرية على اختلاف وتعدد ثقافات الشعب الجزائري، وذلك للمحافظة على الوطن من خلال الاهتمام بهذه المقومات، وفي التكامل فيما بينها. |
| Description: | The problem of citizenship in a multicultural environment involves different dimensions : political,cultural,social and even economic. For this reason, contemporary governments have paid attention to this concept, because it is an element of unity that brings together the various groups in society on the basis of equality in the performance of duties and the demand for rights within a legal framework. Among these countries we find algeria, whose most famous thinker is Mouloud kasem Nait Belkasem,who was interested in the identity and culture of the Algerian nation,which was and still is characterized by being a multicultural people. The intended purpose of all this interest is to preserve the homeland by focusing on its components and the nature of integration between them. |
