| Résumé: | تشكلت المنطقة الرابعة في ظل قرارات مؤتمر الصومام في 20 أوت 1956م كجزء من الولاية الخامسة التاريخية، تشمل منطقة غليزان، مستغانم، وإلتحقت بعض النواحي من منطقة وهران لاحقا وكانت المنطقة بدورها تتشكل من نواحي، أعطى لها المؤتمر تنظيما محكما وهيكلا للثورة بوضع تنظيمات سياسية وعسكرية، رغم تأخر انطلاقة الثورة بالمنطقة إلا أنها بعد سنة 1956م عرفت نشاطا ثوريا متزايدا وقويا ضد الاستعمار الفرنسي في مختلف نواحي المنطقة ومدنها مما أدى إلى إضعاف قوات الجيش الفرنسي رغم استخدامه لأبشع الوسائل والطرق وبذلك ساهمت المنطقة الرابعة في النضال الثوري للثورة |
| Description: | The Fourth Zone was established following the decisions of the Soummam Conference on August 20, 1956, as part of the historical Fifth Wilaya. It encompassed the areas of Relizane and Mostaganem, with some districts from the Oran region later joining. The zone itself was divided into sub-regions, and the conference provided it with a solid structure by implementing well-defined political and military organizations for the revolution. Despite the delayed outbreak of the revolution in this region, after 1956 it witnessed increasingly strong revolutionary activity against French colonial forces across its towns and sub-regions. This led to a weakening of the French army, despite its use of brutal methods and practices. As a result, the Fourth Zone significantly contributed to the revolutionary struggle during the Algerian War of Independence |
