| Résumé: | تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف كيف غيّر الذكاء الاصطناعي ملامح المكتبات الجامعية، ففي زمن تتسارع فيه التحولات الرقمية، لم تعد المكتبة مجرد مستودع للكتب، بل أصبحت مركزًا معرفيًا ديناميكيًا، يستخدم تقنيات ذكية لتلبية احتياجات الطلبة والباحثين بطريقة أكثر كفاءة ومرونة. تناولت الدراسة أربعة محاور رئيسية؛ انطلقت بتوضيح مفهوم الذكاء الاصطناعي، واستعراض مجالات استخدامه، ثم انتقلت إلى دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في تطوير المكتبات الجامعية، مبيّنة كيف أصبحت هذه الأخيرة تعتمد على حلول رقمية متقدمة لتحسين خدماتها. أما في الفصل الثالث، فتم التركيز على واقع تطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي في المكتبات الجامعية، مع تحليل أبرز الفوائد والتحديات المرتبطة به. وجاء الفصل الأخير ليسلط الضوء على دراسة ميدانية داخل المكتبة المركزية لجامعة ابن خلدون تيارت، للكشف عن مستوى الاستعداد لتبنّي الذكاء الاصطناعي ومدى وعي الموظفين بأهميته. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن التحول نحو مكتبة تعتمد على الذكاء الاصطناعي ليس مجرد خيار تكنولوجي، بل ضرورة حتمية لتطوير أدائها وتقديم خدمات نوعية تواكب توقعات المستفيدين. كما أوصت بضرورة الاستثمار في التكوين المستمر، وتوفير البنية التحتية المناسبة، ووضع سياسات واضحة لتوظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي بشكل مسؤول وفعّال |
| Description: | This study aims to explore how artificial intelligence has transformed the landscape of university libraries. In an era of rapid digital transformation, the library is no longer merely a repository of books, but rather a dynamic knowledge center that leverages intelligent technologies to meet the needs of students and researchers with greater efficiency and flexibility. The study addresses four main themes: it begins by clarifying the concept of artificial intelligence and reviewing its application areas, then moves on to the role of information and communication technologies in the development of university libraries highlighting how these institutions have increasingly adopted advanced digital solutions to enhance their services. The third chapter focuses on the current state of AI implementation in university libraries, analyzing key benefits and challenges. The final chapter presents a field study conducted at the Central Library of Ibn Khaldoun University in Tiaret, aiming to assess the readiness for AI adoption and the level of staff awareness regarding its importance. The study concludes that transitioning to AI-powered libraries is not merely a technological option, but a necessary step to improve performance and provide high-quality services aligned with user expectations.
