dc.description	This study aims to identify the requirements for implementing electronic management in economic institutions, recognizing it as a strategic tool for achieving progress and development in the modern digital era. With rapid technological advancements, understanding the factors contributing to a successful transition to electronic management and its effective application across various institutions has become essential. These requirements include administrative support, technical resources, human resources, legal frameworks, and organizational awareness. The study concludes that the availability of these requirements is fundamental to the successful implementation of electronic management and the achievement of its intended objectives	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد متطلبات تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في المؤسسات الاقتصادية، باعتبارها أداة استراتيجية لتحقيق التقدم والتنمية في العصر الرقمي الحديث، مع التطور التكنولوجي المتسارع، أصبح من الضروري فهم العوامل التي تسهم في الانتقال الناجح إلى الإدارة الإلكترونية وتطبيقها الفعّال في مختلف المؤسسات. تشمل هذه المتطلبات: الدعم الإداري، الموارد التقنية، الموارد البشرية، الإطار القانوني، والوعي التنظيمي، توصلت الدراسة إلى أن توافر هذه المتطلبات يعد شرطًا أساسيًا لنجاح تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية وتحقيق أهدافها المرجوة.	en_US
