| Résumé: | ،تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل التبادلية السيكومرضية بين الأسرة وطفلها المصاب باضطراب طيف التوحد، من خلال دراسة حالة إعتمدت المنهج العيادي النسقي. كشفت النتائج أن العلاقة بين الطرفين تقوم على تأثير متبادل،حيث تفرز الضغوط النفسية الأسرية سلوكيات قد تعزز الأعراض التوحدية في حين يسهم الطفل من جهته في إعادة إنتاج أنماط أسرية مضطربة. تؤكد الدراسة أهمية التكفل العلاجي المشترك الذي يدمج الأسرة كعنصر أساسي في العملية العلاجية مما يفتح آفاقًا لتدخلات نفسية أكثر شمولًا و فعالية في التعامل مع التوحد |
| Description: | This study aims to analyze the psychopathic reciprocity between the family and their child diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), using a case study based on the clinical systemic approach. The findings reveal a mutual influence between the two parties: family psychological stress contributes to reinforcing autistic behaviors, while the child’s condition, in turn, shapes dysfunctional family dynamics. The study highlights the necessity of therapeutic intervention that includes the family as a central component, offering a more comprehensive and effective framework for addressing autism |
