| Abstract: | هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة مدى مساهمة التعليم المقاولاتي الجامعي في تطوير حاضنات الأعمال وذلك من خلال إجراء دراسة إستكشافية وذلك باستخدام مجموعة من الإجراءات المنهجية المتمثلة في المنهج الكمي، ولجمع البيانات تم الإستعانة ب الإستمارة أما العينة قمنا بإختيار العينة العرضية وشملت(63) طالب من حاضنة جامعة ابن خلدون، ومن خلالها تم الوصول الى أحد أهم النتائج وهو تسليط الضوء على أهمية التعليم المقاولاتي في تطوير المهارات الريادية لدى الطلبة وتحليل دور حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية في احتضان وتوجيه المشاريع والتي تعد هذه الأخيرة إمتداد وظيفيا لهذا التعليم كما أكدت نتائج الدراسة العلاقة التبادلية بين فعالية التعليم المقاولاتي ونجاح حاضنات الأعمال،مع ضرورة تعزيز التعليم المقاولاتي في مختلف التخصصات الجامعية وتدعيم دور حاضنات الأعمال بالمرافق والخبرات البشرية اللازمة |
| Description: | Te study aimed to determine the extent to which university entrepreneurial education contributes to the development of business incubators, by conducting an exploratory study using a set of methodological procedures represented by the quantitative approach.To collect data, the form was used.As for the sample, we chose the incidental sample and included (63) students from the Ibn University incubator.Khaldoun, Through it, one of the most important results was reached, which is highlighting the importance of entrepreneurial education in developing students’ entrepreneurial skills and analyzing the role of university business incubators in incubating and directing projects, the latter of which is a functional extension of this education.The results of the study also confirmed the reciprocal relationship between the effectiveness of entrepreneurial education and the success of business incubators.With the need to enhance entrepreneurial education in various university specializations and strengthen the role of business incubators with the necessary human facilities and expertise |
