dc.description	This study examined the relationship between vocational training and the social environment at the National Institute specializing in vocational training, Martyr Qadaa Belkacem, Tiaret. The study started from a central problem: "What is the nature of the relationship between the vocational training institution and the social environment of the state of Tiaret? " The study aimed to explore the reality of vocational training and its interaction with the social environment by analyzing the nature of the available specializations and the extent of their response to the needs of the labor market, in addition to highlighting the role of the institute in qualifying those trained and revealing the challenges facing the training process. The field study was conducted during the period from March 2 to 16, 2024-2025, and was based on the descriptive approach using a form divided into four axes that included 35 questions, applied to a sample of 40 professors at the institute, with observation used as a support tool. The study reached a set of results, most notably: the existence of coordination between vocational training and the labor market, the positive impact of the availability of the necessary capabilities and means in training centers on working conditions and the quality of the training provided, and the link between directing trainees towards specializations according to objective standards that leads to raising the level of efficiency and increasing employment opportunities. The study contributed to shedding light on mechanisms for enhancing interaction between the vocational training system and the renewed requirements of the social and economic environment, highlighting the necessity of continuous adaptation of training programs to the needs of the labor market to ensure sustainable development	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تناولت هذه الدراسة العلاقة بين التكوين المهني والبيئة الاجتماعية في المعهد الوطني المتخصص في التكوين المهني الشهيد قادة بالقاسم بتيارت. انطلقت الدراسة من إشكالية محورية: "فيما تتمثل طبيعة العلاقة بين مؤسسة التكوين المهني والبيئة الاجتماعية لولاية تيارت؟" هدفت الدراسة إلى استكشاف واقع التكوين المهني وتفاعله مع البيئة الاجتماعية من خلال تحليل طبيعة التخصصات المتاحة ومدى استجابتها لاحتياجات سوق العمل، بالإضافة إلى إبراز دور المعهد في تأهيل المتكونين والكشف عن التحديات التي تعترض العملية التكوينية. أُجريت الدراسة الميدانية خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2 إلى 16 مارس 2024-2025، واعتمدت على المنهج الوصفي باستخدام استمارة مقسمة إلى أربعة محاور تضم 35 سؤالاً، طُبقت على عينة من 40 أستاذاً بالمعهد، مع توظيف الملاحظة كأداة مساندة. توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها: وجود تنسيق بين التكوين المهني وسوق العمل، تأثير توفر الإمكانيات والوسائل اللازمة في المراكز التكوينية بشكل ايجابي على ظروف العمل وجودة التكوين المقدم، ارتباط توجيه المتكونين نحو التخصصات وفق معايير موضوعية يؤدي إلى رفع مستوى الكفاءة و زيادة فرص التوظيف. ساهمت الدراسة في تسليط الضوء على آليات تعزيز التفاعل بين منظومة التكوين المهني والمتطلبات المتجددة للبيئة الاجتماعية والاقتصادية، مبرزة ضرورة التكيف المستمر للبرامج التكوينية مع احتياجات سوق العمل لضمان تحقيق التنمية المستدامة.	en_US
