| Abstract: | هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر الخلافات على علاقات الجيرة في الأحياء الحضرية الجديدة، بحي خروبي ميلود 500 سكن بمدينة تيارت"، وانحصرت إشكالية الدراسة التي مفادها: "إلى أي مدى تؤثر الخلافات بين الجيران في الأحياء الحضرية على العلاقات الاجتماعية؟"، وقد طبقنا المنهج الوصفي، ومن أجل الوصول إلى نتائج الدراسة أداة الاستمارة وزعت على 80 مفردة في حي خروبي ميلود 500 سكن تيارت، وخلصت الدراسة بمجموعو من النتائج أهمها: أن حد الخلافات بين الجيران يُعد عاملاً مؤثرًا بشكل كبير على مستوى التفاعل الإيجابي بينهم، كما كشفت نتائج التحليل أن كثرة الخلافات بين الجيران تؤثر سلبًا وبشكل كبير على مستوى التضامن الجماعي داخل المحيط السكني، فقد بينت النتائج أن كثرة الخلافات بين الجيران تؤثر أيضًا بشكل سلبي ودال إحصائيًا على مستوى الثقة المتبادلة بينهم. فكلما ارتفع منسوب التوتر والخلاف، علاقات جوار قائمة على الاحترام والثقة المتبادلة. |
| Description: | The study aimed to know the impact of disputes on neighborhood relations in the new urban neighborhoods, in the Kharoubi Miloud neighborhood, 500 residences in the city of Tiaret.The problem of the study was limited to: "To what extent do disputes between neighbors in urban neighborhoods affect social relations?" We applied the descriptive approach.In order to reach the results of the study, the form tool was distributed to 80 individuals in the Kharoubi Miloud neighborhood, 500 residences in Tiaret, and the study concluded with a set of results, the most important of which are: The extent of disagreements between neighbors is a factor that greatly affects the level of positive interaction between them.The results of the analysis also revealed that the large number of disagreements between neighbors negatively and significantly affects the level of group solidarity within the residential environment.The results showed that the large number of disagreements between neighbors also negatively affects and is statistically significant.On the level of mutual trust between them. The higher the level of tension and disagreement, the more neighborhood relations are based on mutual respect and trust |
