| Résumé: | هدفت الدراسة الحالیة إلى الكشف عن سمات الشخصية التي تتسم بها بعض زوجات المنحرفين النرجسيين، وفهم طبيعة اضطراب الشخصية النرجسية، وقد تم الاعتماد في هذه الدراسة على المنهج العيادي بأسلوب دراسة الحالة، حيث تم اختيار ثلاث حالات (جنس أنثى) بشكل قصدي كعینة، وتراوحت أعمارهن 34-50-74 عاما، حیث تم استخدام مجموعة من الأدوات بقصد تحقیق أغراض الدراسة كالمقابلة نصف الموجهة والملاحظة العیادیة واختبار تفهم الموضوع للبالغين TAT ، و قد خلصت نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى مدى تأثير الخوض في العلاقة الزواجية مع شريك مصاب باضطراب الشخصية النرجسية في ظهور سمات القلق، الخوف، الإكتئاب، الخوف والتردد، بالإضافة إلى وجود صراعات نفسية داخلية وتقدير ذات منخفض مع الشعور بالذنب، والغضب المكبوت بالإضافة إلى استخدام آليات دفاعة كالرفض والإنكار كمقاومة للتخفيف من شدة الضغط والتوتر |
| Description: | The present study aimed to identify the personality traits exhibited by certain wives of narcissistically perverse individuals, and to understand the nature of narcissistic personality disorder. This research was based on a clinical approach using the case study method. Three female cases were intentionally selected as the sample, with ages ranging from 34 to 50 to 74 years. A set of tools was employed to achieve the study's objectives, including the semi-structured interview, clinical observation, and the Thematic Apperception Test (T.A.T.) for adults. The findings of the study revealed the extent to which involvement in a marital relationship with a partner suffering from narcissistic personality disorder contributes to the emergence of traits such as anxiety, fear, depression, hesitation, as well as internal psychological conflicts, low self-esteem, feelings of guilt, and repressed anger. The study also noted the use of defense mechanisms such as denial and rejection as forms of resistance aimed at reducing the intensity of stress and tension |
