| Résumé: | ،هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة العلاقة بين درجة كل من الشعوربالوحدة النفسية والألكسثيميا لدى المصابات بسرطان الثدي، حيث إستخدمنا المنهج العيادي من خلال تطبيق أدواته المتمثلة في: المقابلة العيادية نصف موجهة، والملاحظة العيادية، وكذا تطبيق مقياس الشعور بالوحدة النفسية، ومقياس الالكسثيميا (tas-20))، على ثلاث حالات بمصلحة طب الأورام السرطانية، التابعة للمؤسسة الإستشفائية العمومية يوسف دمرجي تيارت، حيث أسفرت نتائج الدراسة على: - لا توجد علاقة في درجة الشعور بالوحدة النفسية ودرجة الالكسثيميا لدى النساء المصابات بالسرطان بالنسبة للحالة الأولى والثانية وكانت نسبيا لدى الحالة الثالثة . - لا توجد علاقة في درجة الشعور بالوحدة النفسية ودرجة صعوبة وصف المشاعر. - لا توجد علاقةفي درجة الشعور بالوحدة النفسية ودرجة صعوبة تحديد المشاعر والانفعالات. - لا توجد علاقة في درجة الشعور بالوحدة النفسية ودرجة التفكير موجه نحو الخارج. |
| Description: | The current study aimed to determine the degree of both psychological loneliness and alexithymia among women with breast cancer. We used a clinical approach, applying its tools, including a semi-directed clinical interview and clinical observation, as well as the Psychological Loneliness Scale and the Alexithymia Scale (TAS-20), to three cases at the Oncology Department of the Youssef Demerdji Public Hospital in Tiaret. The study results revealed: - There was no relationship between the degree of psychological loneliness and the degree of alexithymia among women with cancer for the first and second cases, and a relative relationship for the third case. - There was no relationship between the degree of psychological loneliness and the degree of difficulty describing feelings. - There was no relationship between the degree of psychological loneliness and the degree of difficulty identifying feelings and emotions. - There was no relationship between the degree of psychological loneliness and the degree of outward-oriented thinking |
