| Résumé: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير تعاطي المخدرات في حدوث الاضطرابات السلوكية والنفسية، سواء كانت طبيعية مثل الحشيش والأفيون، أو كيميائية كالكوكايين والميثامفيتامين و الأمفيتامين والبزودزيبينات، في حدوث الاضطرابات النفسية والسلوكية للفرد، في دراسة عيادية تضمنت مقاربة بيولوجية وإكلينيكية باستخدام منهج دراسة الحالة حيث تم الاعتماد على المقابلة العيادية وشبكة ملاحظة السلوك والتحاليل الطبية لتحديد نوعية المادة المستهلكة الموجودة في جسم المتعاطي ومعرفة تأثيرها عليه، هذه المساهمة أظهرت أن استهلاك للمواد المخدرة عموما يؤدي إلى ظهور اضطرابات نفسية مثل القلق، الاكتئاب، الفصام، واضطرابات السلوك مثل العدوانية، الانطواء وظهور الأفكار الانتحارية لديهم، كما تبين أيضا الاختلاف بين تأثير المخدرات الطبيعية والكيميائية من حيث تنوع الأعراض، حيث كانت المخدرات الكيميائية أكثر تأثيرا وسمية من المخدرات الطبيعية، وأكثر سرعة في ظهور الأعراض |
| Description: | This study aims to explore the impact of drug use on the emergence of behavioral and psychological disorders, whether the substances are natural—such as cannabis and opium—or synthetic, like cocaine, methamphetamine, amphetamines, and benzodiazepines. The study adopts a case clinical and biology approach, relying on clinical interviews, behavioral observation grids, and medical tests to determine the type of substance consumed and assess its effects on the user. The findings reveal that the consumption of these substances leads to psychological disorders such as anxiety, depression, schezophrenia, as well as behavioral disorders like aggression, introversion and suicidal thoughts. Furthermore, the study highlights the differences between the effects of natural and synthetic drugs, showing that synthetic drugs are generally more toxic, have a stronger impact, and produce symptoms more rapidly than natural ones |
