dc.description	The study investigates the relationship between the work environment and job stability among employees at Ibn Khaldun University, Tiaret. The descriptive method was adopted, and to achieve the study’s objectives, two questionnaires on "Work Environment and Job Stability" were distributed to a sample of 86 employees. Data were statistically analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The following results were obtained: - There is a statistically significant correlation between the physical work environment and job stability. - There is a statistically significant correlation between the organizational work environment and job stability. - There is a statistically significant correlation between the social work environment and job stability.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	الكشف عن العلاقة بين بيئة العمل والاستقرار الوظيفي لدى موظفي جامعة ابن خلدون -تيارت- واعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على استبيانين "بيئة العمل والاستقرار الوظيفي" على 86 عينة وباعتمادنا على المعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية والعلوم الاجتماعية (spss) تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: - توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين بيئة العمل الفيزيقية والاستقرار الوظيفي. - توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين بيئة العمل التنظيمية والاستقرار الوظيفي. - توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين بيئة العمل الاجتماعية والاستقرار الوظيفي	en_US
