dc.description	This study aimed to uncover the nature of the relationship between future anxiety and self-efficacy among students at Ibn Khaldoun University – Tiaret. A descriptive approach was adopted, incorporating both correlational and comparative methods, on a sample of 60 male and female students from various fields of study. Data were collected using the Future Anxiety Scale by Masoud Sanaa Mounir (2006), and the Self-Efficacy Scale by Adel Al-Adl (2001), after verifying the psychometric properties of both tools. The results revealed the following: a weak but statistically significant negative correlation between future anxiety and self-efficacy among students; and no statistically significant differences in future anxiety or self-efficacy attributable to gender.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	سعت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين قلق المستقبل وفاعليّة الذات لدى طلبة جامعة ابن خلدون-تيارت. اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي بشقّيه الارتباطي والمقارن، على عيّنة قوامها (60) طالبًا وطالبة من مختلف التخصصات. جُمعت البيانات باستخدام مقياس قلق المستقبل لمسعود سناء منير (2006)، ومقياس فاعليّة الذات لعادل العدل (2001)، بعد التحقّق من المؤشّرات السيكومترية للأداتين. حيث أظهرت النتائج ما يلي:وجود علاقة ارتباطية عكسيّة ضعيفة ودالّة إحصائيًا بين قلق المستقبل وفاعليّة الذات لدى الطلبة؛ عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في قلق المستقبل أو فاعليّة الذات تُعزى لمتغيّر الجنس	en_US
